Responsibilities:

The customer service representative’s main task is to answers incoming calls and emails related to sports and online games. You may also be required to perform work-related and special projects, as needed.

Personal Skills:

  • Career minded person with an interest in American Sports and casino games
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated
  • Ability to multi task and work independently with little supervision

Technical Skills/Abilities:

Customer Care Abilities/Experience:

Jr. Web Designer

Join the international marketing team at World Hub Service and help us craft graphics for websites, email, infographics, diagrams, and new products. You have a portfolio that displays a passion for how the web works today and how to create very shareable graphics. In this role you’ll be using that keen understanding to craft creative that is powerful yet simple like what you would see on NBA.com or NFL.com today.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting creative design requirements and then managing your tasks within project management software
  • Create web graphics within brand guidelines and firm deadlines
  • Create an archive of organized and detailed project source files
  • Designs assets that are geared toward driving conversions, not impressions
  • Weekly production of:
    • Website mastheads
    • Animated gif banners
    • Landing pages
    • Graphics for use on Social Media
    • Infographics

Key requirements:

  • Experience with responsive web design an asset
  • Portfolio which demonstrates a variety of graphic styles and strong typography
  • At least 2 years graphic design experience, including banner & landing page design which excels at conveying promotional offers
  • Knowledgeable with Photoshop, able to read & crop out necessary graphic elements
  • Familiar with illustrator
  • Have worked in an office environment or can demonstrate comparable experience
  • Good communication skills; fluent in English - both written & verbal
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Experience using project management software and reporting to a project manager is a plus
  • Interest and knowledge in sports is a plus.

SEO Specialist

Reporting to the SEO Manager/ Sr. Off Page Specialist, the Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for executing the search engine marketing plan for our client’s website.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building links
  • Using web tools to track site traffic, rankings, and ultimately conversions
  • Researching keywords with Google, Overture, WordTracker and internal tools
  • Continually monitoring organic search rankings to increase traffic and conversions
  • Regular reporting to the Marketing Manager and executive team on SERP’s and conversion results
  • Writing keyword-rich content used to push organic rankings higher in a competitive environment
  • Forum posting and commenting
  • Microblogging
  • Video commenting
  • Social bookmarking
  • Assisting in layout of web pages when required

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience working in the SEO field or applicable alternate online marketing role (as an employee or self-employed)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to follow and deliver upon set marketing plans.
  • Self-directed when confronted with support issues
  • Ability to manage several different tasks and efficient in all work habits
